The lamp post is fabricated from material thick enough to withstand high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing. It is made by laser cutting black-steel blanks, followed by welding and assembly, then polished to a smooth finish. The entire structure is then hot-dip galvanized both internally and externally and coated with a weather-resistant powder coating (specifically formulated for outdoor use). We do not recommend using galvanized sheet tubing, cold-galvanized tubing, or welded joints of galvanized pipes, as rust will typically begin to appear at the weld and ground areas within about one year after polishing and powder coating.

Electrostatic powder coating (for outdoor use); luminaires are made from high-purity aluminum, formed via die casting, and finished with an electrostatic powder coating (for outdoor use).
On the market, general-purpose aluminum profiles are used without oxidation, resulting in a lamp body that is soft and uniformly filled.
